Orders

Orders can be placed via the website by selecting the book or banner you require and completing the personalised information relating to that product. Please ensure that this information is entered correctly as due to their personalised nature, bpersonal ltd products cannot be returned, as detailed in Returns and Refunds section. You will then be asked how you wish to provide your image. There are three options - posting the photograph, emailing a digital photograph or attaching a digital photograph during the ordering process.

Once this information has been completed you will be taken to the checkout where you can complete the order.

Once you have placed an order for a bpersonal ltd personalised book you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and details of your order. Should there be any query over the personalised detail contained in this order confirmation email it is advised that you contact bpersonal ltd immediately as, due to their personalised nature, bpersonal ltd personalised books cannot be returned, unless faulty, as detailed in Returns and Refunds section.

Orders may be rejected by bpersonal ltd if one of the following criteria is not met:
1. the photograph submitted to us is in breach of copyright
2. the photograph submitted to us does not meet the quality criteria set out in the website.

Pricing and payment

bpersonal Ltd aims to give the most accurate information on its products at all times. 
Our commitment is to ensure that once a product has been ordered the price quoted remains unchanged. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and all payments should be made in pounds sterling (GBP). You will be liable for any import duty, fees or taxes arising from deliveries outside the EC. By placing your order you authorise any such charges, to be charged to your credit card.

We accept payment with all of the following cards for online orders:
Visa / Mastercard / Access / American Express / Eurocard / Diners / Switch / Delta

Availability, delivery times and charges

For UK orders we aim to deliver within 14 days however, due to the personalised nature of bpersonal ltd products this is conditional on the requirements detailed in the Orders section being met.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you by email and we will re-credit the cost of your order. Where payment was made by credit/debit card this will be a re-credit to your credit/debit card, or, where payment was by cheque, the re-credit will be made by cheque. Any re-credits will be made as soon as possible but in any event within 20 working days of your order. bpersonal ltd will not be obliged to offer you any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Details of delivery timings and charges can be found in the chart below. We can ship to any destination in the world. Where appropriate, a preferred method of dispatch must be specified on your order.

Please note that all delivery periods are estimates only. Bpersonal ltd will not be liable for any delay in delivering products within these times or at all. bpersonal ltd will not be liable for any delay in delivering any order caused by circumstances beyond its control. 

Cancellation

As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and due to their personalised nature, an order for a bpersonal ltd personalised products cannot be cancelled. 

Returns and refunds

Due to their personalised nature, bpersonal ltd personalised products may only be returned under the following circumstances:

1. If the product is found to be damaged or faulty. On receipt of the faulty product bpersonal ltd will dispatch a new one and provide a refund of postage costs incurred by you in order to return it. 
2. The product was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a replacement product will be dispatched on receipt of the faulty product. We will provide a refund of the postage costs incurred by you in order to return the faulty product.

If you wish to make a return, please contact Customer Services first, preferably via email. 

When making a return please securely wrap the goods and send the package by Recorded Delivery with a copy of the original packing note. Please retain the PROOF OF POSTING slip. This is your proof that you have returned items to us and will be required in the event of a loss resulting in a claim. We will not be able to replace items if they fail to reach us. 

Although we will try to process your returns as soon as possible, please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time). Bpersonal ltd will be happy to assist with clarification of the above points, please contact Customer Services:

Tax

For all sales to private customers there is no VAT (Value Added Tax) charged. VAT is applied at the UK rate, which is zero for books. 

For sales to business customers, please supply your VAT registration number in the appropriate field of the order form and we will apply VAT at the zero rate. If you wish to buy in bulk, please contact sales@bpersonal.co.uk directly.

Complaints

Should you be dissatisfied with the product or service that they have received, we will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint or dispute, you should contact us at customerservices@bpersonal.co.uk.

Every customer is openly invited to contact us to give general feedback or comments about specific issues. Please contact us at customerservices@bpersonal.co.uk.

Liability

bpersonal ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the post or non-delivered items. All risk of loss and ownership passes to you upon delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

Customer privacy 

bpersonal ltd recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information you give to bpersonal ltd is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users.

Any information you give to bpersonal ltd will not be distributed to any third party without your consent, except to comply with law, enforce or apply our terms and conditions.

Under the Data Protection Act of 1998, all UK customers have the right to know what personal information is held about them on our computer files. Our staff will be pleased to advise you. Please send any queries by email to customerservices@bpersonal.co.uk.

Occasionally we would like to inform you of new bpersonal ltd products, events, exhibitions or special offers. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please tell us using the check box provided on our order form when you complete your order. 

Security 

bpersonal ltd uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) strong encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. Recent surveys have shown that there is less fraud on the Internet than in real-life situations (such as using your credit card in a shop or at a restaurant), and we are confident that we offer a secure service.

bpersonal ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or its content. The liability of bpersonal ltd save in the case of death or personal injury is limited to the purchase price of the books ordered. Bpersonal ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss of data, profit, revenue, income or business however caused, even if foreseeable.

All content included on this site, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of bpersonal ltd or its content suppliers. 

The copyright in the goods is and shall remain the property of bpersonal ltd. By sending us a digital photograph you are warranting to us that you own the copyright in that digital photograph. You are also authorising us to manipulate and use that image in order to produce the personalised book ordered by you. 

Site policies 

bpersonal ltd reserves the right to make changes to this site, its policies and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that condition shall be deemed not to form part of these conditions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

By visiting this site and placing an order it is deemed that you comply by the terms and conditions as listed on the site.
